pitted (depending how big they are)

cup
coconut milk
the one in the can, plus more if needed
¼
cup
peanut butter
½
tsp
vanilla extract
¼

cinnamon
pinch
of kosher salt
Apple slices
for serving
Instructions
Add dates to a bowl and cover with hot water. Let sit for 10 minutes to soften.
Add coconut milk, peanut butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to a blender. Add in drained dates.
Blend until smooth. Add a few dashes more of coconut milk if needed to blend fully.
Serve with apple slices for dipping. Store extra in the fridge for future snacking!
