Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a small bowl, whisk browned butter and brown sugar until combined.
Whisk in vanilla and egg yolk.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Divide dough into two cookies. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 9-12 minutes until golden.
Let cool 5 minutes and sandwich ice cream between both cookies.**
Roll in more chocolate chips if desired.
Notes
*Be careful no to pack the flour too much as the batter could end up being too dry! Just lightly scoop and level the flour, or even measure the flour in grams if you’d like :)**I like eating the cookies warm with the cold ice cream. You can let the cookies cool more though for a less messy eating experience lol
